Shipping Policy:
In stock merchandise will be processed and shipped within 2 business days. "Business Days" refers to Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Processing times will differ based on the shipment method you choose. All orders are subject to credit approval.  

In-store pick-ups are an option for our customers in the local area. Please contact sales@bold4him.com and indicate a request to pick-up at time of order.

For Canadian domestic orders we ship using Canada Post Xpresspost unless requested otherwise.

For order to the United States, we ship using - US small packet unless requested otherwise.

For International orders we ship using - International small packet unless requested otherwise.

Expedited ordering costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

In the event that stock is unavailable, please allow up to 3 weeks to fill all backorders.

All shipping is done via Canada Post, xpress post for domestic packages and small packet for US and all other destinations. Normal delivery within Canada is 3 business days. (Not including weekends and/or holidays). Normal delivery for US destinations is up to 10 days.

All destinations outside Canada, and the U.S., please e-mail sales@bold4him.com for estimated shipping times. All duty and/or custom charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. All applicable taxes will be added to the selling price. All prices are posted in Canadian $. Exchange rates will be applied by Paypal.

All prices are subject to change. Shipping prices are based on current Canada Post pricing and are subject to change.



Return and Exchanges:
We want you to 100% satisfied with the quality of our product. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return your merchandise, please email customer service at returns@bold4him.com we will accept returns within 15 days of delivery of a shipment.  Be sure to indicate the merchandise you wish to return and the reason for the return. All apparel must be in it’s original condition, unworn, and unwashed.

If you are requesting an exchange, please indicate the reason for your request in your correspondence. All exchanges will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Please keep returned merchandise in the original packaging and return with all paperwork that originally accompanied your purchase.

Please allow 2 weeks for us to receive and process your return. We will notify you by e-mail that we have received and are processing your return.

We’ll refund the price of the merchandise including any taxes you were charged (excluding all applicable shipping charges) upon receiving the return. 

Bold4him.com will not responsible for any lost returns.  Please use a shipping method that offers proof of delivery or a tracking number.
